Postage
This is calculated on the weight and size of the parcel with a small element included for packaging.
The postage will automatically be added to the invoice when you buy anything and postage will be combined if you buy more than one item
It is designed to be fair and as close to the actual cost of postage as possible.
Shipping
Goods are usually sent out within 2 days of receipt of payment. Delays MAY occur if an item has to be hand made from scratch and you will be informed of any such delay.
Returns Policy
All items are covered by a 14 day Money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please notify me by email within 14 days of the delivery date. Return the item with the details of purchase and I will send you a refund or a replacement.
Only items returned in perfect condition will be replaced or refunded. Postage will be refunded at my discretion
If the item has been damaged in transit, please notify me immediately so I can take appropriate action.
